John Jardine and I served together in the Firing Section of Battery A, 40th Artillery Group
in Bad Kreuznach, Germany from August to October 1960.

John and I were both in 2nd Enlisted Student Battery in February 1959.
Unfortunately however, we did not know each other (or remember knowing each other),
probably because we were billeted at opposite ends of the building.
Also at that time, during the day our training was at opposite ends of the base.
